Fandom #1: Discworld
Discworld was not my first fandom, and honestly I'm so happy with canon that I only go fishing in fandom once in a blue moon. But when Discworld fics are good, they are excellent.

~Exit Interviews, by Casira. What happens in between Hogfather and Thief of Time, to cover Susan's transition from being a nanny to a teacher.
~Ladies Who Organize, by reckonedrightly. AU, genderflipped Vetinari. Haveline and Sybil, two smart & talented young women who meet vampires, assassinate Patricians and change the world. Some Vetinari/Lady Margolotta implied.
~Mister Vimes'd Go Spare, by Lunik. Remind me again how gods come to exist on Discworld? Policemen & women the Disc over believe in Sam Vimes, for centuries after his death.
~Nature Studies, by A.A. Pessimal. Featuring Johanna Smith Rhodes, an Assassin who specializes in dangerous creatures. You may not want to go on her class field trip. Occurs during/after Making Money.
~The Importance of Being Mostly-Human, by gogollescent. Author's summary: "In which Susan identifies "Where's My Cow" as a proto-talismanic anchor for Young Sam's continued health and existence, and tries very hard not to wonder what the Vimes' butler does on his day off. There may also be a lesson about the meaning of Hogswatch, but no-one wants to talk about that." Some background Susan/Lobsang. Occurs after Thud!
~There are times that walk from you like some passing afternoon, by (currently anonymous). Vimes, from the first Glorious May 25th to the 31st. The Night Watch fic I was looking for.
Focused On Any Romantic Relationships:
~A Room Vith a View, and The Patrician's Papers, by Samvimes. Vetinari/Lady Margolotta. Politics and Uberwald, hurray! The site's formatting is off, so the random sentences at the end of each chapter used to be footnotes.
~Long Dark Night, by Mistress Arion. Vetinari/captors, Vetinari/Sam Vimes. Implied torture and rape.
~Non Temetis Messor, by Mistress Arion. Vetinari/Leonard of Quirm. Why doesn't Vetinari kill Leonard, really?
~The Black Knight, by Mercator. Vetinari/OFC named Alexandra. Another one I haven't read for some time, but judging by my memory it was a good bamf!fic (the genre in which a character is zapped to an AU); Vetinari is the one sent to a quite ordinary world, and he starts to lose his memories of Discworld.
